“Just the Good Half”

Half-Ass Productions is the “out and about” branch of The JediCole Universe.

In 2008, JediCole created the original HAP, mascot of Half-Ass Productions as a centerpiece for all of the game shows, talk shows, and panels presented at All-Con (and a few other shows in later years).  The official brand was so well received that it has become an ALL-CON staple ever since.  Half-Ass in name only, the JediCole crew put 110% ass into everything they create.  From the researching and writing of trivia for Games and Theory shows to entertaining attendees with two annual talk shows, “The JediCole Universe Live” and “JediCole’s Morning After”, there is always some half-assery to be found.

The original HAP mascot was retired after 2009 and replaced with “Stunt HAP” who travels to All-Con each year in his HAPitat while his predecessor enjoys a quiet existence on JediCole’s Desk of Time-Wasting Distractions.  Look for HAP at many of the Games and Theory game shows as well as other features this year that feature The JediCole Universe.

The All-Con 2017 Grand Prize

Again this year The JediCole Universe and Half-Ass Productions are proud to present the All-Con Grand Prize.  A thinly veiled means to bolster audiences, the Grand Prize is a special item given away at the end of the Games and Theory track’s All-Con weekend.  For 2017, the JCU and HAP show will “Give a Shat” with a brand new, unopened Entertainment Earth Convention Exclusive Star Trek/The Twilight Zone The Captain and The Passenger “Monitor Mates” set with lunchbox as the Grand Prize!  A $40 value!

One lucky winner will be drawn from raffle tickets collected by those attending the drawing that follows Sunday's "Oooh! Oooh! Oooh!" in the Games and Theory Room (aka Pecan). Raffle tickets are given to all audience members who attend selected game shows by Half-Ass Productions as well as some other producers as well as JediCole's talk shows and panels from Thursday through Sunday

One ticket per person per show, but you can amass tickets all weekend long to increase your chances to win. Plus there will be at least a dozen other great prizes given away after the Grand Prize!  Tickets are distributed at the end of selected shows to those who were in attendance for the entire production.  There will be a minimum of 20 opportunities for tickets, so you can collect at least 20 tickets over four day!  From Thursday’s game show “Recycled” to Sunday’s edition of “Oooh!  Oooh!  Oooh!” (yep, even if you missed the rest of the qualifying shows, you can still get one shot at the prizes), keep your two-part tickets, then turn one part in for the drawing and who knows?  You may just win!  Past Grand Prize winners have had as many as the maximum number of tickets available and as few as just one!
